I think the ultimate combo would be a website and a program to go with it. Clearly I am not smart enough to do that but you seem to be, as other have mentioned a community would be good for this. I then thought, maybe I could learn golang and make a personal build program so that I can keep track of spells and hit dice, like have a button that says 'short rest completed' and it will auto fill in spell slots and give you the hit dice, show action surge as available etc etc. I was even about to buy the domain but I know nothing about web development so I asked reddit and the short answer was I am not going to be able to accomplish this any time soon.
This is crazy, just a few days ago I had an idea to try to make a D&D version of Basically a builder with comments, where the users can comment and vote etc.
